The Propagation of Culture
Culture is the backbone. It gives identity strength. It aligns everything.

If identity is the structure, culture is the spine that lets it move. It is what allows a brand to stay recognizably itself as it grows across locations, product lines, and teams it will never directly manage.
Culture propagates through small, repeated decisions: how a brief is written, how a front-desk exchange is handled, which product idea gets killed. Strategy that never reaches those moments never really existed.
This body of work looks at how organizations build culture deliberately — through rituals, language, and systems — so that it carries the brand into brands, hospitality, technology, communities, and institutions alike.
